Shimano RS510 Chainset

This 2-piece crank uses an outboard, 24mm bottom bracket and features 2x11 compact chainrings. It uses a 4-arm construction and is compatible with modern disc brake road frames.

Shimano 105 R7000 11-speed  Rear Derailleur

The groupset includes medium cage rear derailleur (a short cage is available, please contact us). The medium cage is suitable for ratios of 11-28 to 11-34 providing a huge range of gearing for all sorts of terrain. 

The rear derailleur uses Shimano's Shadow technology that's come over to the road from the mountain bike groupsets. The mechanism is significantly more compact than the previous mech, meaning that the derailleur doesn't protrude so far outside the frame (33mm, as opposed to 45mm). This means it's better protected in the event of a crash.

Shimano 105 R7000 11-speed Front Derailleur

The new front mech uses a cam arrangement to actuate the shift, and that allows the unit to be much more compact. 

There's a polymer insert on the back of the cage which cuts right down on noise if there's any cage rub at the extremities, so the mech is a bit more forgiving of setup being slightly off. The shift is improved. and front shifts are a lighter and more predictable than with the previous groupset and when compared to Tiagra 4700.

Shimano 105 11-speed Cassette

Compatible with GS cage rear derailleurs, the HG700-11 cassette offers low climbing gears perfect for mixed surface riding. It is compatible with both 10 and 11-speed freehubs.

Shimano 105 11-speed Chain

The 105 chain has the same ultra-low friction SIL-TEC surface treatment that is used on Ultegra and Dura-Ace chains. Shimano chains now come with a quick link, making them much easier to fit and remove. 

Shimano Ultegra BB60 Bottom Bracket

A bottom bracket is included in this groupset. The BB60 is Ultegra level and the threaded cups use Shimano HollowTech II technology which uses a wider outer bearing placement and larger axle diameter for increased stiffness and efficiency. While it's sealed design has a minimal bearing interface ensuring smooth rolling and increased durability. The latest version of HollowTech II used here is lighter and has 50% lower rotational friction than previous version.
